RACING RULES

1. Entry fees for all club events including private trials will be decided by the committee before the start of each racing season and displayed upon the club notice board. Competitors who have not paid their entry fee before the start of the event will not be allowed to start.

2. Time Trials will be run under C.T.T. regulations and will also obey any local ruling which may be in force at the time of the event.

3. Closing date for entries to club events where a handicap section has to be prepared will be TEN days before the event. In all other club events entries on the line will be accepted. Competitors in the ten miles events may enter prior to the event providing the appropriate entry fee is paid at the time of entry. Should the competitor not start the entry is forfeited. Competitors who enter a ten miles event before the evening on which it is to be held must sign on a minimum of 15 minutes before their allotted start time otherwise the ride and entry fee may be forfeited.

4. Prizes in Best All Rounder and Club championship events will be as follows:

1 to 5 riders entering an event or finishing a BAR competition: 1^st fastest & 1^st veteran on standard

6 to 10 riders entering an event or finishing a BAR competition: 1^st & 2^nd fastest and 1^st &2^nd veterans on standard

11 plus riders entering an event or finishing a BAR competition: 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rf fastest and 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd veterans on standard

Where a fixed distance event also has a handicap section additional prizes will be awarded as follows:

1 to 5 riders entering an event: 1^st handicap only

6 to 10 riders entering an event: 1^st & 2^nd handicaps

11 plus riders entering an event: 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd handicaps

All prizes will be trophies, medals or plaques.
