Supporting both competitive and non-competitive, on and off-road cycling
Six Stourbridge CC men took to the foreign roads in October, led by Steve Wootton to ‘Ride for Grace’, cycling the length of Spain for Birmingham Children’s Hospital. £8338 was raised for the Oncology Ward and a cheque was handed over late November.
This was held at the motocross circuit at Highley on 7th December and was very successful, with many riders stating that this was a “proper” ‘cross course. A few days of rain made the course more exciting (difficult).
We are pleased to announce that Paul Margetts wins Wag’s Kup for this year, his achievement (amongst other mad escapades) was to emerge on a Saturday training ride with a mouldy saddle!

Stourbridge life member, Walter (Wally) Fowler won the 2023 World Masters Individual Pursuit title in Manchester on 7th October beating David Salway (also GBr).
