Constitution

Our constitution is the rule book.  It sets out the fundamental principles by which the club is governed.  It describes the main principles of the club.  It places limits on the exercise of power by the committee, and sets out the rights and duties of the members.
It is in place to protect the members against the committee’s actions, in other words it places strategic decisions with the membership rather than the committee.
